We completed a full tear down, all the way down to the decking to ensure the decking was in good standing and void of any moisture damage. We then applied an upgraded synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier and Owens Corning Duration Shingles with Surenail Technology and a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We also replaced all siding on the front facing wall of the church. The Church and it's congregation are ready for many years of maintenance and stress free worship and fellowship!

Very professional business! Promotes safety on the job. On time every time! Answered my questions to my satisfaction. Stayed in communication with text messages and emails for appointment changes due to weather, etc. The crew did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional documentation. Reasonably priced within market costs compared to competitors for this area. I recommend Vanguard to anyone needing new or replacement gutters and screens.
